Insurance

I use Alma to accept insurance plans in the state of New York. I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Meritain and Nippon plans of NY. Please refer to Alma’s cost estimator tool to determine costs and eligibility.

Self-Pay Rates

Individual therapy: $200

Couples therapy: $250

 I am able to provide invoices and superbills so you can submit claims to your insurer for out of network benefits. Learn more about out-of-network benefits here.

Sliding Scale

I offer sliding scale rates meaning a reduced rate for patients who are unable to afford the full fee.

 Sliding scale rates will be reviewed with clients every 6 months. I will give you at least 8 weeks notice of any pricing changes or increases.

Cancellation Policies 

I require 24 hour notice of cancellation or you will be subject to a $100 late cancel or no show fee.

Frequent cancellations and no shows may result in a termination warning and discussion where we’ll explore if the time and cadence of therapy sessions are working for you and make adjustments if necessary.
